This is very important. Otherwise, we will design in the order we believe looks best. The most important thing is that you choose the photos you want - family, etc.

It is very important when you write down the photo number that you write the full number and letters and a short description. On occasion, the wrong number is written down by accident but if we see that the description does not match the image, we can contact you before any delays occur. We hear all the time that our couples find it difficult to narrow the photo selection down to 50 or so photos. We take so many photos that it can be overwhelming to narrow it down to your top choices. But remember, the fewer photos actually is more ideal. It allows for larger, more spectacular images in the album! If you just cannot narrow it down, you can purchase additional pages. We can help you. Just talk to us and we’ll guide you through this part of the process. We do not want this part to be frustrating or stressful. We are here to help! We may have an idea on how to solve your problem that you haven’t thought of yet! Let us try! We begin designing the first 3-4 pages and then send to you and get your feedback on the style and feel of the design. We want to be sure we are on the right track design-wise with how you want your album to look. If you like, then we will continue, and we will go back and forth with you until you are completely happy with the final product. We do all of this via email and a link that allows you to view it online. Once done, we will get a high-resolution final from the album vendor. This is your last chance to review it at the highest resolution and be fully happy. You will be able to see it very clearly. We will then send it off and it get printed and hand-crafted in Italy. We get it back in approximately six weeks. Once we receive your album, we will call you and let you know that it is ready for pickup. We try not to mail albums due to mail damage, etc. The risk is too great. We will under extreme circumstances but the risk is yours. These are very expensive, and we are uncomfortable being responsible for that liability. We prefer all exchanges be made in person unless there are extenuating circumstances, in which we’ll have to discuss and agree upon. Epoca albums allow for duplicates to be made in the same size or smaller. These are great gifts for parents, friends and relatives. If this is of interest, duplicate orders must be made at the time your album is ordered. They cannot be ordered later.
