People sometimes ask us, “If you’ve photographed so many weddings at Hollow Hill, don’t they all start looking the same?” We just smile. Because the truth is…they couldn’t be more different.
We’ve had the privilege of photographing dozens of weddings at Hollow Hill Event Center over the years, and somehow we’re still finding little corners of the property we’ve never used before. That’s one of the things we absolutely love about this venue.
If you’re planning your wedding at Hollow Hill, you’ve picked a place that gives you an incredible variety of backdrops without ever having to leave the property. There really is a photo opportunity around every corner. Some venues have one beautiful ceremony site and maybe one or two good places for portraits. Hollow Hill is different. More than 80 acres of different!
One minute we’re photographing a quiet moment beneath the huge oak trees. A few minutes later we’re walking over to the pond for reflections, a beautiful garden, or spending time in the charming historic storefronts. Looking back, couples are often surprised that every part of their wedding feels completely different—even though we never left the venue. That’s one of the reasons we love photographing weddings at Hollow Hill. Even though we’ve photographed there many times, we never feel like we’re repeating ourselves. Every couple has their own personalities. Their own story. Their own families. Every detail carefully planned for your day comes together to create a wedding that is uniquely theirs.
